Terms of Sevice

[Please read before commissioning!]-Payment done upfront through PayPal invoice for safety precautions. Due to the nature of PayPal taking some of the funds, there are No refunds once I've started the piece. Be mindful of this before going forward with commissioning me.-Once commissioned, you will be shown a concept sketch, line-work, and flat colors (If you requested colors upon payment) in stages for approval before I proceed forward with your commission.-During the Sketching Stage, any change is allowed free of charge. Anything past Line-work/color stages will come with an additional fee for any change, unless it is my mistake alone (Ex. Forgot a detail, got it wrong, color isn't right.) Major changes will be charged accordingly depending how big the request is.- Do not be afraid to speak up along the way when I check in with you to see if everything is going accordingly to how you wish. I make mistakes, forget things, and I am not perfect. Please let me know! I want you to be happy with it. In other words, do not be afraid to get descriptive to get your point across.-By commissioning me you are also agreeing NOT to rush me or push me when it comes to your commission. I am unfortunately a slow artist. I'm not fast like other artists, and these things take time. You are allowed to ask for updates every 2 weeks (1 week if it's just an icon or unless stated otherwise), but please don't constantly ask as I will feel less motivated to work on your commission, which will cause me to slow down. If you really wish for it to be done within a certain time frame, a Rush Fee may be requested, within reason. It must be realistically possible and I will let you know if I'm incapable of it or not.-You are not allowed to make money off my art. You can use it for your own personal use only.-All commissions pieces will be made public unless said otherwise. If you want it for your eyes only, let me know before hand! I will not be asking you before hand as it's stated here in the ToS! Unless you commissioned me for NSFW. That stuff remains private.-Do not edit my art upon completion (Unless it's a custom design, then feel free).-Do not start small talk with me. I hate it. It makes me uncomfortable.-Do NOT sell or associate my art in ANY way with NFT and AI. My art is not for that. You will be banned/blacklisted from further commissions.
