Name's Vesper, a wind and astral dragon that enjoys creating art. I mostly draw dragons, creatures of different kinds, and do visual story telling. Types of Designs I'd draw:

Reselling/Ownership/Some ToS:Payment is expected up front! In regards for designs, I'll work closely to you based on your detailed description and showing you progress along the way. Adding a lot or changing to something completely different will result in extra charge.Once you have your design, you must have it for at least 2 weeks before deciding if you don't feel attached anymore to give it away. You are free to change up the designs as much as you wish to better suit your needs.When reselling, you cannot sell it for more than what you bought it for. However if the design changes a lot, then you can sell it for more.As for in regards of making money off said designs/adopts like making stickers, shirts, and stuff like that, you can in case the character will be your's now. So long as you CREDIT me for making the design. Fail to do this part and refusal to listen will result in retaking ownership and banning you from receiving any art service from me.

Terms of service:

-When commissioning me, payment is expected up front before starting for safety precautions. Refunds can be made if I haven't started, but once I have, then there are no refunds. Payment is also done through Paypal.I will show you a sketch version to see if you like where it's going. Any changes needed to be made? Feel free to tell me! Do not be afraid to do so.-Once everything is lined and base colors are on, I'll show you another WIP. Again, feel free to tell me if any changes need to be made! It'll be free of charge. However if it's a large change request, then I'm going to have to charge extra. How much depends on how big of the change is. (Ex. Having a character completely change their entire pose.)-I'm an artist that likes to work on feeling and expression! I love description! Do not be afraid to get really descriptive with me when it comes to your commission even if it's just their expression! You don't have to say "Such and such expressing happiness" but saying "Such and such expressing happiness because they're about to get their favorite ice-cream!" It helps me get more of an idea as there are many forms of happiness depending on the context! You're free to give me picture examples or even a stick-figure doodle if it helps gets the point across! Simply getting descriptive does not raise the price of your commission. It's when things start getting added is when the price may change.-By commissioning me you are also agreeing not to rush me or push me when it comes to your commission. I am unfortunately a slow artist. I'm not fast like other artists, and these things take time. You are allowed to ask for updates every now and then, but please don't constantly ask as I will feel less motivated to work on your commission, which will cause me to slow down.-You are not allowed to make money off my art. You can use it for your own personal use only.-All commissions pieces will be made public unless said otherwise. If you want it for your eyes only, let me know before hand! I will not be asking you before hand as it's stated here in the ToS!-Do not edit my art upon completion (Unless it's a custom design, then feel free).-Last but not least, absolutely do not start small talk with me. I hate it. It makes me uncomfortable. And it makes me not want to work on your commission as I'll feel rushed/pushed. I do not want to tell you how I'm feeling as I'm numb as heck, and don't even know myself. Nor do I want to talk about how my day/work day went. Talking about similar interests is fine. But the simple 'how do you do/hello' gets on my nerves.-Do NOT sell or associate my art in ANY way with NFT and AI. My art is not for that.
